Atat curentul electric cat si apa vor fi distribuite subteran catre fiecare lot, facandu-se un singur nod de absorbtie din retea. Lucrarea se face de catre dezvoltator, in regie proprie, cheltuielile impartindu-se la cei aproape 400 de locatari ai zonei rezidentiale. Speram ca in primavera viitoare sa putem finaliza cotatiile de pret si sa putem estima exact finalizarea acestei etape ca timp. Va informam ca loturile prezentate de noi, au cadastru, intabulare, carte funciara si aprobare de trecere in intravilan, cu o vedere superba la mare si alei de acces cu latimi cuprinse intre 8 si 12m. Cu alte cuvinte, terenurile prezentate sunt construibile, iar noi va putem asista in obtinerea acestor autorizatii.
