Dear Cutuleapu,


As you know, the current European youth programme - "Youth in Action" - wil=
l run until the end of 2013. The European Commission has launched a public =
consultation to start shaping its successor programme. In this context, we =
would like to encourage you to share with your CEV colleagues on the Online=
 Community your views, information, projects etc. on this topic, to stir up=
 constructive debate resulting in valuable inputs to provide the decision m=
akers with. The contributions to the  public consultation will be as well r=
eflected in the new initiative of the Commission, =E2=80=98Youth on the Mov=
e=E2=80=99, which is aiming to increase competitiveness of young people on =
the labour market by enhancing student and trainee mobility and improving t=
he quality of mobility programs. Against this general background of the ini=
tiative, we have an opportunity to highlight the importance of volunteering=
 and volunteer mobility as a way of increasing young people=E2=80=99s skill=
s and social, professional and language competences.=20
With this in view we are looking forward to your contributions, information=
 about ongoing and proposals for future projects and cooperation opportunit=
ies.
