Dear Cutuleapu,

As you probably know, yesterday, on the 2nd December, the European Commissi=
on officially launched the European Year of Volunteering 2011. The European=
 Year is a result of our collective efforts towards the European Union deci=
sion-makers and we should now fully use this Momentum to highlight the pres=
ence and empowering potential of volunteer action. One of the outcomes of t=
he Year will be a concise set of policy requirements that the decision-make=
rs will be demanded to put into reality. To do this, we need to collect fac=
t-basis that will underline our message and that will clearly stress the va=
lue volunteering brings to our communities and the whole societies =E2=80=
=93 in this regard, we call on you to contribute to the Online Community wi=
th valuable resources that fit within the scope of the topic =E2=80=98Measu=
ring the economic value of volunteering=E2=80=99.=20
As always, contributions beyond this topic will not be refused =E2=80=93 on=
 the contrary =E2=80=93 we welcome if you inform us on anything going on in=
 your organisation =E2=80=93 via message or project information that you wi=
sh to share with your CEV colleagues!
