IBM invites you to take part in a =E2=80=98Service Jam=E2=80=99, an online =
debate on =E2=80=98Service as a Solution=E2=80=99. The aim of this initiati=
ve is to enable the expertise and perspectives of thousands of subject matt=
er experts and individuals around the world to be shared and gathered, anal=
ysed  and then reported on, following  a series of focused discussions on t=
he future development of volunteering. The Service Jam seeks to generate br=
eak-through ideas that will help redefine social innovation and civic engag=
ement.  Following the Jam a report will be published, feeding back the outc=
omes and ideas generated during the Jam. You can log in to join the debate =
between 6 pm CET on 10th October and midnight, 12th October. IBM=E2=80=99s =
Service Jam event will bring together up to 20,000 individuals from not-for=
-profits, corporations, academic institutions, and government agencies arou=
